Raised in Montana, Rose holds a profound respect for the strong sense of community that forms the bedrock of our state. This admiration led her to a career centered around small business and nonprofit development where her journey began as a board member, undertaking grant writing tasks for a small organization in Bozeman. Nearly 15 years later, she has gained expertise in nonprofit leadership, serving as a staff member and consultant for a variety of nonprofits. The organizations nearest to her heart have always been those with missions focused on children and education where she has forged the deepest connections within the local community through programming and fund development.

Rose brings a track record of successfully helping nonprofits create and execute fundraising strategies, enhance financial transparency, and establish sustainable practices. She thrives “outside the box” where her strengths in problem-solving and collaboration help her guide teams to effectively and efficiently achieve mission-aligned goals. She is driven to support the critical role the nonprofit sector plays in our community. Rose is known for the lively and active lifestyle that comes with raising three young boys along with her husband. Find her skiing, floating a river, or exploring the community with her family.
